Refund Policy

1. Cancel Anytime

We believe in earning your trust every month. You may cancel your Ovyx subscription at any time, directly from your account settings — no hoops, no phone calls, no hidden retention flows.

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

2. Billing Cycle & No Retroactive Refunds

Key Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
  • Billing continues until the end of the current paid cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but no partial or prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period.
  • No retroactive refunds are provided for prior billing periods. All charges for completed billing cycles are final.

3. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period and you will be charged for the first billing cycle.

4. Merchant of Record

All payments for Ovyx subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means:

  • Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT collection.
  • Your payment method is charged by Paddle, not directly by Ovyx or I.L Football Club.
  • Paddle's name will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Paddle's Buyer Terms apply in addition to our own Terms of Service.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a platform error, duplicate charge, or other billing issue, please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review each case individually and in good faith.
