Account Information: Coach name, email address, and organization details provided during registration.
Player Data: Player names, photographs, positions, and other profile details entered by the Coach.
Performance Metrics: Session scores, technical evaluations, soft-skill ratings, and coach notes recorded through the platform.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including device type, browser, and general usage patterns.
Payment Data: Billing information is processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Ovyx platform and its features.
Generate performance reports (Snap Reports, Periodic Reports) as requested by the Coach.
Process subscriptions and billing through our payment provider.

5. Data Concerning Minors

Important Notice Regarding Minors

Ovyx is a business-to-business platform designed for use by professional coaches and sports organizations. Player data — including data about minors — is entered solely by the Coach or Club that manages the account.

Coaches and Clubs are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary parental or guardian consent before entering any personal data of minors (players under 18 years of age) into the Ovyx platform. By using the service, Coaches and Clubs represent and warrant that they have obtained such consent in accordance with all applicable laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Trusted third-party services that help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, payment processing).
Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Paddle: Our Merchant of Record, which processes all payment transactions on our behalf.
